Terms of Sale

These terms of sale govern all quotations, order confirmations and sales by Wuxi Diamond International Trading Co., Ltd. (trading as DIAMOND TURBO PARTS), unless we have signed a separate written agreement with you. Placing an order means you accept these terms.

• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and are subject to stock availability at the time of order.
• Prices are quoted in the currency and at the delivery term shown on the quotation (EXW, FOB, CIF or another Incoterm).
• An order is accepted only when we issue a Proforma Invoice or a written order confirmation. A purchase order alone does not constitute acceptance.
• Part numbers and OE numbers supplied by the buyer are the buyer's responsibility to verify. We will confirm fitment in writing where we can, but the final check against the vehicle or machine remains with the buyer.

• We accept T/T (bank transfer) and PayPal. Bank charges on the sending side are the buyer's responsibility.
• Unless credit terms have been agreed in writing, payment is due before dispatch.
• Unpaid orders are held for 7 days, after which we may release the reserved stock.
• Prices exclude import duties, taxes and clearance fees in the destination country, which are the buyer's responsibility.

• Indicative lead times: 3–7 days for items shown as in stock, 15–25 days for made-to-order items. The confirmed lead time is the one stated on your Proforma Invoice.
• Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours of payment being verified. We do not ship at weekends.
• Delivery dates are estimates made in good faith. Carriers and customs can cause delays outside our control.

• Risk in the goods passes to the buyer in accordance with the Incoterm stated on the invoice.
• Title passes when payment has been received in full.
• Please inspect the shipment on arrival. Claims for shortage, wrong item or visible transit damage must reach us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the goods and the packaging.

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping is at the buyer's expense, and a 10% restocking fee applies to unopened items in new condition. Opened, damaged or used items may incur a higher fee, assessed after inspection.
• Customized or special-order items are non-returnable.

Products carry a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing and material defects, subject to the exclusions and claim procedure set out on the Warranty page. That warranty is the buyer's exclusive remedy for defective goods.

Part numbers, OE numbers and manufacturer names (including Garrett, Holset, BorgWarner, MHI, IHI, KKK, Caterpillar, Cummins, Bosch and Delphi) are quoted for reference and cross-comparison purposes only, so that the correct replacement part can be identified. They are the property of their respective owners.

Unless we state otherwise in writing, DIAMOND TURBO PARTS is an independent supplier of replacement and aftermarket parts and is not affiliated with, appointed by, or sponsored by those manufacturers. Nothing on this website should be read as a claim of official approval by a vehicle or engine manufacturer, except where a separate written authorization is expressly referenced.

Product photographs and illustrations are for reference. Colours, packaging and minor design details may differ between production batches.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, downtime, labour charges, towing or recovery costs, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, strikes, war, transport interruption, port congestion, epidemics, or changes in export or customs regulation.

• These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
• The parties will first try to resolve any dispute amicably through direct discussion between the responsible contact persons.
• If no solution is reached within 30 days, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court at our place of business, unless a different forum has been agreed in writing.

These terms are published in English, which is the governing language of our contract. We may update this page from time to time; the terms in force for your order are those published on the day of the order confirmation.
