Information you give us

• Inquiry and quote forms — your email address, and optionally your name, company name, country and the message or part numbers you send.
• Orders and shipping — company name, contact person, delivery address, telephone number, order contents and invoice details.
• Correspondence — the content of emails, WhatsApp messages and technical photos you send us.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs — IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and timestamps, kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
• Local browser storage — your language and search preferences are stored in your own browser on your device. This is not transmitted to us.

We do not collect payment card numbers. Payments are made by bank transfer or through PayPal, and card data is handled entirely by those providers.

• To answer your inquiry and prepare a quotation — necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, or based on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• To fulfil and ship your order, and to handle warranty claims — performance of the contract between us.
• To keep accounting, tax and export records — compliance with legal obligations.
• To protect the website against abuse and fraud — our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
• To send you commercial information about products you have asked about — our legitimate interest in maintaining a business relationship. You can opt out at any time by replying to any message.

We never sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

• Inquiries that do not lead to an order — up to 24 months from our last contact, so we can pick up the conversation where it stopped.
• Orders, invoices and shipping documents — kept for the period required by Chinese accounting, tax and export regulations (currently 10 years), then deleted.
• Server logs — typically 30 days.

• Carriers — UPS, DHL, FedEx and their agents, to the extent needed to deliver your goods.
• Payment providers — banks and PayPal, to process and verify payment.
• Hosting and IT providers — who store this website and its database on our behalf.
• Customs brokers and freight forwarders — where required for export clearance.
• Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information.

All of these providers only receive the data they need for their task.

We are based in China, so personal data you send us is normally processed there. When you place an order, delivery data is also shared with the carrier operating in your country. Where personal data of customers in the EEA or the United Kingdom is transferred outside those areas, we rely on the safeguards available under applicable law, including standard contractual clauses offered by our providers. This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and there are no third-party advertising pixels. The only data stored in your browser is your own interface preference, kept in local storage on your device, and it is not shared. Because of this, you will not see a cookie consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.
